James R. Balestraci

As founder of Eastern Point Communications LLC, James brings 19+ years of telecommunications experience and strategic thinking to help lead Eastern Point Communications on a daily basis. Previous experiences include working as a senior sales representative with Network Plus Inc from 1993-2002. James assisted with building an international wholesale department with over $110,000,000 in annual sales. In 2002 James founded Adoria Communications LLC , a multimillion dollar international carriers carrier, which was successfully acquired by Viper Networks Inc.

In 2006 James created Eastern Point Communications and has successfully grown this company to over $14,000,000 in annual sales. James graduated from Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH.

Frank I. Gallagher

Frank Gallagher has over 14 + years of experience in the International telecommunications industry. His responsibilities include procuring and cultivating strategic partnerships for call termination, as well as implementing and overseeing all provisioning and billing operations. Prior to joining Eastern Point Communications, Frank was instrumental in building successful International Wholesale divisions for Network Plus Inc, Adoria Communications, & Viper International.

Frank received a BS in Kinesiolgy and a BA in Psychology from University of New Hampshire.

Carolyn H. Barrett

Carolyn is the staff Accountant at Eastern Point Communications LLC. She became a member of the company in the fall of 2008, bringing with her over 10 years of Accounting and Management experience. Prior to joining Eastern Point Communications, Carolyn held positions at Babson College, University of Massachusetts Foundation, Inc. and Atlantic Bank and Trust Company (now Capital Crossing Servicing Company).

Carolyn attended the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts, graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance.

Michael Dunphy

Michael Dunphy provides Eastern Point Communications with a well rounded background in business and customer relations. Michaels experience dealing directly with people in the finance community has complimented his process oriented skill set in the International Wholesale marketplace. Michael has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Curry College and is currently pursuing an MBA from Curry College.
